Privacy information.
This page describes the services used on this website. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Business inquiries
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company name, inquiry type, and message. We use this information to respond to business opportunities or privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details.
Submissions are handled and stored by Netlify Forms and are accessible to the site’s authorized administrators. A hidden honeypot field helps reduce automated spam. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Inquiries may be retained while they are needed to respond to your request, manage the resulting business relationship, or meet applicable obligations. To request access to or deletion of an inquiry, use the business inquiry form and select “Privacy request.”
Hosting and technical information
Netlify hosts this site and processes information needed to deliver pages, maintain security, and operate its services, such as request and network information. Read Netlify’s privacy policy for its service practices.
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, account registration, or browser storage to this website. Basic hosting and security processing still occurs when you visit.
Optional media players
Twitch, YouTube, and Spotify embeds are not loaded automatically. Clicking a player’s load button sends a request to that provider. The provider can then receive information such as your IP address, browser information, and the embedding site’s origin, and may use cookies or other storage according to its own policies.
YouTube embeds use its privacy-enhanced domain; this does not make playback anonymous. The podcast audio player connects to RSS.com’s media service when you choose to use it. Nothing autoplays on this website.
Podcast audio is delivered through RSS.com and its distribution provider, Triton Digital. Playback can redirect to Triton’s audio delivery service, which may process listening and network information for delivery and measurement under the providers’ policies.
The latest-episode text is retrieved through a same-site Netlify Function that requests the official public RSS feed. This does not require a browser connection to the podcast provider until you open an external link or load audio.
You can use the direct platform links instead of loading an embedded player. Information on those services is covered by the providers’ policies: Twitch, Google / YouTube, Spotify, and RSS.com.
External and affiliate links
Social, community, podcast, and partner links lead to independently operated websites. Coffee & D&D partner links may be affiliate links, which means purchases may earn the podcast a commission. Partner sites handle their own browsing and purchase information; their privacy and sales policies apply.
